Exhibited at the Buenos Aires Architecture Biennale, 2018
Public Snake explores the programme as a formal and spatial organiser.
Conceived as a public building complex for government offices, the project translates the functional programme into a continuous architectural figure: a body capable of linking six buildings for secretaries and ministers into a single spatial system.
Rather than treating each building as an isolated volume, the proposal understands the complex as an interconnected public organism. Circulation, institutional functions and shared spaces are articulated through a flexible spatial sequence, giving the whole a unified identity and a strong civic presence.
The “snake” becomes both structure and metaphor: a public line that bends, connects and organises, transforming administrative programme into a symbolic urban form.
